Beijing Guohua Technology Group is a multinational corporation formed by Tangshan Guohua Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, and fully acquired the oldest coal preparation technology company in the United States (Dennis Company) in 2012. At present, it has 11 subsidiaries, including 3 foreign companies. The company has about 400 employees, including about 200 R&D and design personnel.
The group is a technology-based enterprise that integrates the research and development of new coal preparation processes and equipment, engineering design and contracting, production and manufacturing of coal preparation equipment, and operation of coal preparation plants.
The company has successfully overcome the technical difficulties that have long plagued the international coal preparation industry in the field of "raw coal non desliming mixed heavy medium cyclone coal selection", and has creatively developed a complete set of equipment and processes for the "three product heavy medium cyclone without desliming, classification, and pressure feeding". It has successfully completed the only "national high-tech industrialization demonstration project" in China's coal preparation industry, greatly promoting the development of China's coal preparation technology. This equipment and process have streamlined the coal preparation process and equipment, reducing investment and processing costs of coking coal preparation plants by 20% -40%, reducing electricity consumption by 40% -60%, and significantly improving product recovery rates.
Since its establishment, the company has undertaken the engineering design and contracting (mostly general contracting) of over 600 coal preparation plants both domestically and internationally, with a total design processing capacity of 906 million tons.
In recent five years, we have undertaken more than 10 coal preparation plant projects in Türkiye, India, Mongolia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan and other countries, which have been highly recognized by the owners.
The projects of "Efficient and Simplified Heavy Medium Coal Preparation Complete Set Technology and Equipment" and "Application Research of Guohua Technology Coal Preparation Process Package in Ten Million ton Coking Coal Preparation Plant" won the first prize of China Coal Science and Technology in 2013 and 2020, respectively (both being the only coal preparation professional achievement that won the first prize in that year).
The "Efficient and Simplified Heavy Medium Coal Preparation Complete Technology and Equipment" invented by the company is currently the coal preparation process with the highest occupancy rate and recovery rate in coking coal preparation plants,
The complete set of super heavy medium cyclone equipment successfully developed by the company is the coking coal sorting equipment with the largest single machine processing capacity (1300t/h) and the widest sorting particle size (265-0.25mm) internationally, and the lowest energy consumption and cost of the coal selection system.
